One major problem being bombarded via the admin's mail are moderators not doing their jobs, acting one-sided, bullying the newbies, and such.

Many members previous members and such has either deleted their accounts or stop comming, leading to the contribution of the site's fallen traffic. 

Well this problem was reviewd by the board and with almost immediate effect all moderators current now will be de-moted and new applicants reviewed. Previous moderators tht have shown the quality will earn back the rank but new applicants will not earn this so easy.

Over previous years we have seen mods come and go started off good then they simply put an abrupt hault to their duties. In order to run a almost perfect site, it first needs to start from the core root and thts where the moderators now come's in.

We are moving into a new era and the old will be left behind, we look forward to greater happennings and a even more greater mediazone.

For being the largest well known forum site in the caribbean certain ventures were needed to take efect in order to maintain stability.
