SAME OLD SONG (ARSENAL SEASON REVIEW) - LYRICAL GEM-IN-I POEM

Yet another season to pause and reflect on what could

Wonder when these kids will fully reach adulthood

Growth showed at the start, thru fall they stood tall

Crawl before they walk, but the cradle stop rock

Sock it to City & The Blueswinning shoes pon wi feet

Four empty thrones, nuff space to grab a seat

The joke was on Barca..mek dem break a leg & slip

Till they packed up their game when making the return trip

Still Carling seemed a given, First title within their clench

Then Koscielny whiffed, victorys sweet smell turn stench

Failed exorcism, left haunted by Red Devils possessed

Now left to ask how much the young Guns have progressed

Blessed with great talent that seems cursed..then again is this a hex?

Or a case of simple minds making things seem too complex

When will the ending of this tragic story be...then again from when it start?

That night when we & Champions League glory were 15 minutes apart

Gunners a misfire..put dem pon target practice

Time to turn this empty feeling into fully fledged bliss

Never selling my team short..just one ting mi a long

Sing a new tune next season..Cause mi tired a the same old song
