Five-time Grammy winner Shania Twain got hitched Saturday in a match that has all the makings of a country song.

Twain's new husband, Swiss businessman Frederic Thiebaud, is the ex-spouse of her former best friend, Marie-Anne Thiebaud. About two years ago, Twain's first husband, music producer Robert (Mutt) Lange, left her for ... you guessed it:
Marie-Anne.

Both Lange, 62, and Marie-Anne Thiebaud denied they had any romantic involvement until after the couples had already split, but Twain, 45, was reportedly devastated when
she learned of their affair. She and Frederic Thiebaud later found comfort in
each other's arms.

Giving new meaning to her hit, "Oh, I'm Gonna Getcha Good!" the beautiful country crooner and Thiebaud tied the knot at a romantic oceanside ceremony in Puerto Rico. They were engaged two months ago,
after dating for more than a year.

"They were married at sunset in Rincon, Puerto Rico, in front of 40 of their closest family and friends," Twain's spokesperson told People.com.

In a photo posted by TMZ.com, the bride is shown in a strapless white gown with a black sash around her waist and a white veil that flows down her back to the ground. The groom looks dapper in a white suit
and vest with a black shirt and shoes.

Twain announced their engagement on her website in December.

"I'm in love!" she wrote. "Frederic Nicolas Thiebaud has been a true gift to me as a compassionate, understanding friend and over time, an amazing love has
blossomed from this precious friendship."

"In the last two and a half years of adjusting to life after separation and divorce," she explained, "I needed to lean on others more often than I was
accustomed to. These people have been gifts, and I am fortunate to have so many
of these beautiful people - friends, family and beloved fans, [whose] support I
cherish more deeply with each day that passes."

Twain - who has a 9-year-old son, Eja, with Lange - was married to her first husband for 14 years. She has been on hiatus from her block-buster country music career since
the release of her 2002 album, 'Up!'
