I say no............ because if it is the big corporations will make it difficult for the small farmers to make a living!! also who knows what they will mix in the marijuana and give the average person to smoke???

I don't smoke but I think it would be good if it was. Enough people who don't do anything wrong a get in trouble just because of weed and end up in jail for however long and fill up the jail population.. dat's not right. It keeps people who would normally be in jail out because they stay humble, atleast some friends I know. They've thanked it nuff times. As long as it's smoked in moderation and don't sell it or sell it and give back to the community if it's legal, I think that would be a good thing.

Legalize weed and nuff ppl will lose money. If weed is legalized then investors gonna open up their own plants and mass produce, therefore, shutting down the small-scale planters.

the ganja farm still havfi go grow, i think its better off for all look at amsterdam ppl lots of shops could be opened not less money it would be more for business owners and for the goverment as they have to pay tax on it... less ppl going to prison for a spliff so less tax payers money on keeping them in there, plus it keeps weed away from the harder drugs as in coke an more at least wen yu go to the weed shop a weed yu get, no one nah push yu fi try someting else...

yes i am a lifetime weed smoker but even if i wasnt i dont see a down side to it
