Pop superstar Lady Gaga wants to get breast implants, according to reports.

The Just Dance singer, who has been worrying her fans with rumours of a body image problem, has further fuelled the fire by claiming that she really wants a boob job.

Gaga loves showing off her assets at the best of times, with her see-through costumes but now she wants them even bigger as according to reports she told a waitress she wanted to go fake.

Apparently Gaga told the waitress: I love your boobs! Are they real? I really want to get implants too, I love false boobs.

Gaga reportedly said her boyfriend Luc Carl wouldnt like it.

Im not sure how Luc would feel about me getting my boobs made bigger. Hes into real boobs, so thats why he adores me so much.
