The Island Special Constabulary Force (ISCF) is the first reserve to the Jamaica Constabulary Force.
A Supreme Court judge yesterday dealt the cash-strapped Government a stunning blow, ordering it to pay up wages and fringe benefits owed to the Island Special Constabulary Force. At the same time, Justice Roy Anderson gave the Bruce Golding administration a scathing tongue lashing for being "indifferent" and "disrespectful" in its treatment of the auxiliary force. The trial ran for three days, concluding on June 23 when judgement was reserved.
