Businessman and Head of the Urban Development Corporation, Wayne Chen, is still awaiting a response from the United States Embassy regarding his application for new American visa.

Mr. Chen's visa was cancelled for unknown reasons in February. Following interventions at the diplomatic level, he was told to apply for another visa. Mr. Chen is still waiting for a reply. "I don't know. I was told right from the beginning when I reapplied that it might take some months ... I'm patient," he said.
