MediaTakeOut.com has some VERY SAD news to report. We just learned that Platinum selling rapper T-Pain's father, Shaheed Najm, has fallen ill.

We're not at liberty to discuss his specific condition, but MediaTakeOut.com learned that he's currently in a COMA.

As you'll recall, T-Pain and his dad had a public falling out. But we're told that since then, they made up, and very much love each other. The entire Najm family is asking for your prayers.

We'll keep you posted with any developments . . .
