MediaTakeOut.com was the FIRST place in the world to tell you that American Idol's Kimberly Locke and Celebrity Fit Club's Sgt Harvey were a couple. We were also the first place in the world to tell you last month that they broke up - after Kim gave Harvey the ultimatum - to PROPOSE . . . or GET TO STEPPIN!!

Well now MediaTakeOut.com learned that Harvey has come around. According to our insider, Harvey reportedly "promised" to get engaged to Kim. And as a result, Kim took him back.
