Model and video-girl Kadeem Baker did not spend the weekend in prison as some people have been alleging on websites over the weekend.

"My lawyer was adamant that I should not be jailed or else dem haffi lock her up too," Ms. Baker told one876entertainment."Mi end up on the same bench wid Rodney, and even he realized that they were trying to intimidate me, but this is what I want. I don't want to see Rodney in jail."

On Friday, she was charged with public mischief, when she appeared alongside her boyfriend, Bounty Killer, when they both appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court.

Baker, who made a high profile appearance on Digicel's Deal or No Deal last year, had asked the court that the charges be dropped as she and Bounty were attempting a reconciliation. Her lawyer requested mediation after the RM ordered that Baker be charged with creating public mischief.

Bounty, whose real name is Rodney Basil Pryce, was granted bail in the sum of $200,000, after a 10-day incarceration.
