MediaTakeOut.com just received word that Shreveport, LOUISIANA police are looking for a 36 year old man by the name of Quacy L. Francis. According to them, dude has HIV and they say dude has been knowingly exposing people to his PACKAGE for over a decade.

And it gets even WORSE. Quacy is reportedly ON THE DOWNLOW, so hes exposed both MEN and WOMEN to the deadly disease.

There is currently a WARRANT out for his arrest, on the charge of HIV exposure.

Quacy rarely uses his government name when approaching his victims. In the past, hes used the alias Quacy Frances, Lekelvin Francis, Quacie Francis, Terry Johnson, Dion Scott and Eric Scott
