The country is in a state of chaos, and the last thing they want to hear or worry about are convicts who are out on the run, and even so the convicts which i guess or free now were in jail and seeing the situation no one want to be incarcerated through out a time like this. They wont have the state to provide for them the way it should, because the state is focusing on helping those who or in need. So the last thing they are worrying about is escaping criminals

i honestly dont kno. because rite now every1 is in a panic state of mind. i think it will affect society later wen the country rebuilds itself

nobody was safe to begin with, just because them escape doesn't mean a thing. It was something just to make you go hmmmmmmm.
