very creative, just need a little more skill wit your tool to make the idea even more vivid to persons who can't see art. first off i think you should work on blending your colors. second i think you should aim to be more original in you style of art (from my observation i think you were trying to execute the urban graffiti style of need for speed most wanted). but then again for a beginner that's a damn good design.
