"Le-a" 

Leah?? NO 
Lee - A?? NOPE 
Lay - a?? NO 
Lei?? Guess Again. 

This child attends a school in Kingston. Her mother is irate because people getting her name wrong. 

According to her, it's pronounced "LEDASHA". When asked how she came up with that pronunciation she said "Simple, the dash is silent."
