Bossip just caught word that Ush & Tamekas marriage might be crumbling as we speak. The project manager chick, Grace Miguel, that Usher was seen with last week, is married and wants no parts of the drama:

Egyptsaidso states: Over the weekend, Usher was seen bringing a woman out of his Los Angeles hotel room at one oclock in the morning. Ushers people claim that it was just a business meeting and the woman was just Ushers product manager. According to sources the woman in question is a 42 year old Def Jam executive named Grace Miguel who is married to video production company owner, Lou Miguel of Box Fresh Films. Thats odd because Ushers label is Arista, not Def Jam. So was he creeping on Tameka or planning to bounce from his label??? Insiders say that they are officially over and that Usher plans to file for separation in the coming days.
