Speed kills if you drive like an idiot and are inexperienced. Respect the road and the physical limitations of you, your bike and the drivers around you.

Luckily for him he died instantly all of it being about the 3 seconds it took for his body to be ripped apart at that speed.

A helmet doesn't protect you from a bike crash, your brain does - so use it!
