730303.jpgAdidjah Palmer aka Vybz Kartel yesterday failed to show up in the Black River Resident Magistrates Court in St Elizabeth for the hearing into a lawsuit filed against him.

Kartel is being sued by Christman Extravaganza promoter GT Taylor after he collected a deposit for the yearly show and failed to turn up.

Yesterday, the court was informed that Vybz Kartel had collected a deposit and had agreed to return it because he did not turn up at the show.

Resident Magistrate Stanley Clarke has postponed the matter until June 3.
