It has been rumored that Jeffery Hype a member of the Vybz Kartel-led Portmore Empire is now sporting a tattoo on his neck with Vybz Kartels name.

Question: is this rumor slowly becoming a reality? Over the weekend, Vybz Kartel and Mavado exchanged heated words at Champions In Action.
