You may not be able to run as fast as him, but can you dance like Usain Bolt?

Jamaica's Usain Bolt has secured his title of being the fastest man on earth by winning a second Olympic gold and setting a new world record time in the 200m men's final.

As part of his celebrations, Bolt performed his second dance for the Olympics called the "nolinga", which is Jamaican patois for 'don't linger'.

When Bolt won his first gold medal, for the 100m sprint, he danced the "Gully Creaper".

Can you dance like the Bolt? We want you to send in your pictures and video of you doing the Nolinga and the Gully Creaper.
