TWO-TIME World Championship medallist Delloreen Ennis-London was Jamaica's lone winner at yesterday's Meeting Gaz de France, the season's fourth Golden League meet in Paris.
Ennis-London, in a well-executed race, came out on top in 12.66 seconds ahead of Americans Joanna Hayes, who will not be able to defend her Olympic crown (12.76), and Dawn Harper (12.79).
In the men's 400m hurdles, Danny McFarlane, the reigning Olympic Games silver medallist, was a second-place finisher behind American world champion Kerron Clement.
McFarlane, who defended his national title last month, was timed in 48.71 seconds. Clement won in 48.33.
Dwight Thomas was a fourth-place finisher in the men's 100m. He crossed the line in 10.27 seconds. Trinidad and Tobago's Marc Burns won the event in 10.14.
Sanya Richards (22.56) beat fellow Americans Carmelita Jeter (22.58) and Muna Lee (22.59) in an exciting 200m race.
