WHERE MEMBERS ARE IN BREACH OF THE FORUM RULES, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MOVE, MODIFY OR, SCRUB POSTS AND/OR BAN OR TAKE AWAY THE POSTING PRIVILEGES OF OFFENDERS.

SUCH ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN AT OUR SOUL DISCRETION AND DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION, WITH OR WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING OR EXPLANATION.

By using this Site, you agree that all content posted is the responsibility of the poster only and not the legal responsibility of Mediiazone.com.

Hateful or offensive content directed towards any individual or group will not be tolerated.

We welcome wide ranging age groups and have limited access where appropriate. We will not accept swearing (bad words) is in general access forums and chat rooms. The modification of the spelling of words to circumvent the board’s profanity filter is prohibited.

Spamming – spamming in general is strictly prohibited. In particular, making unsolicited contacts for commercial purposes with members through posting, regular mail or private mailing will not be accepted.

Additionally, “bumping” or “flooding” to increase the visibility of posts is not allowed.

Privacy – we respect the privacy (name, email, etc) of our members and as such discourage absolutely any actions by members that compromise the privacy of other members.

Piracy – any content identified as being pirated will be removed from the board immediately. Requests for such material will also not be facilitated through the board.

Relevance of Posts – Members are encouraged to keep forum posts on topic as much as possible. Deviations will be removed and posted in “general” chat forums or removed altogether.

Multiple identities – Each member is allowed one account.

Language – Members are welcome to post in any language…all we ask is that an English translation is also posted.

Signatures – text or image signatures (maximum length 255) depicting sexually explicit material, violence (such as guns) and hatred are prohibited. Links to websites with similar content to Mediiazone.com and or sexually explicit or objectionable material are prohibited.

Avatars – the maximum size allowed for avatars is (150x150). Images depicting sexually explicit material, violence (such as guns) and hatred are prohibited.

Hail Zoners...

We thought this would stir a lot of reaction (some negative). Bear in mind that we are simply putting in guidelines that are used by forums and other websites all over the Internet...

It allows Mediiazone.com to step more into the mainstream and be home to everyone include younger folk (whom we have not blocked), to our prized female members and potential new ones and to the wider global community who are smitten by the Jamaican/Caribbean lifestyle...

The forum as far as we are concerned have not changed, the long list of mods were all installed overtime and remain in force (although based on interest in continuing and performance we may have to make some adjustments) and the PR Gang have and will always be a central part of MZJA.

There is absolutely no intention to run the board just to ban users. In fact, we are seriously considering an amnesty (within reason) for those users who have been blocked from the forum.

We appreciate the support of everyone and know that no one on the board would feel comfortable with Mediiazone.com being labelled as the forum that did not protect its valued members and hardworking moderators, showed no regard for schoolers, females, minority groups, etc. and did not bother to put in a few minor rules to guide how we showcased our beautiful culture to the world...

Finally, we are open to not only to the suggestions of our mods but also to those from members. In this regard, we would love to get you feedback on specific items of concern and your suggestions as to how better they could be handled...

Looking forward to the constructive dialogue...
