It was the 1,000th such op carried out at Manchester Royal Infirmary the first hospital in the country to reach the milestone. Tillys mum Chinade, 21, and dad Andrew, of Northwich, Cheshire, are thrilled with the results. Chinade said: Since the implant she chatters away all the time. The operation has transformed Tillys life and ours. __________________
