And don't even talk about gas. It is because it is in litres why y'all don't realise how much it really costs. But even at the litre price, the cheapest gas now costs more than a decent pack of condoms. So, in other words, more babies will be born, because the man can squeeze the gas money to go over the girl's house, but he cannot afford to buy condoms. And don't try to go to people good good girl pickney with government issue.

Seriously, though, prices are rising all around, but somehow it seems that the prices of guns and bullets are not. Not that Jackass knows anything about the gun trade, but, judging by the level of gun crime and the manner in which the killings are being carried out, they must be dirt cheap.


Drive-by
After all, the 'shottas' don't seem to feel the need to conserve gunshots, because the drive-by is the preferred method of murder. Now, a drive-by killing is like using a high-pressure hose to wash a cobweb out of a roof. Accuracy and conserving resources is not a part of the game, if you see what Jackass means.

That is how it is when these gunmen go to work, drive-by style. They pull up and spray the place with as many bullets as they can, hoping to hit as many people as possible. So bullets must be cheap, then, if they can afford to fire 30 shots in 10 seconds to kill two people. (Jackass knows it is a cold way to look at it, but follow the reasoning).

And judging by the number of these shootings that are taking place, plus the 'one-away' killings, guns must be cheap too, because it seems that all those who want them can get them.

But the world is not level at all. Because not only are the prices of guns and bullets not rising, but also those with the weapons and ammunition are from the poorest areas in the country. Jackass read in a newspaper yesterday that three-quarters of the killings take place in garrison areas and he knows that while money from foreign and the drug trade run, there is not enough to make the garrisons more than a very poor place.
