Less than a hour ago 876radio.com witnessed the unfolding of some events at the annual Best Of The Best concert held at Bicentennial Park in Miami, Florida that had media personnel scouring from every corner of the venue to catch a glimpse of the action.
Apparently veteran reggae crooner Junior Reid was on stage performing and upon his exit, he was being interviewed by a reporter when the Gargamel Buju Banton went over to congratulate him on a stellar performance, however Buju's presence was not met with favour as he was snubbed by Reid.
Maybe a possible oversight on Reid's behalf Buju shook his hand nonetheless, Reid while murmuring some inaudible utterances then proceeded to detach himself before shouting "Mi nuh hail b*ttyman" to the dismay of everyone. UK radio jock Robbo Ranx who was quick on the scene embraced Reid in and effort to try and calm him down and avoid a possible melee.
A very distraught Buju thankfully did not reply, but according to sources close to the deejay, he is very upset about the exchange that has left many dancehall insiders wondering what is the source of this rift that now exist between the two.
This has been another exclusive brought to your first by the good folks at 876radio.com, pictures from the event coming soon.
