Andrés Iniesta and Bojan Krkic are in the ideal team and the best debutants XI for the 2007/08 season in the First Division.
This Friday the UEFA website posted the ideal line-up and best debutants from the Spanish First Division. Andrés Iniesta and Bojan Krkic are in these two teams.
All-rounder Iniesta
The Barça midfielder played in 28 of his sides 38 League fixtures, making him the third most-used player in Rijkaards squad. He played in all midfield and attacking positions scoring 3 goals, giving 3 assists and being one of the players to receive most fouls at 97.
Iniesta is in the ideal XI alongside Casillas (Madrid), in goal; Sergio Ramos (Madrid), Joan Capdevila (Deportivo), Fabricio Coloccini (Deportivo) and Cata Díaz (Getafe), in defence; Guti (Madrid), Iniesta and Jorge López (Racing), in midfield; and up front leading goalscorer Dani Güiza (Mallorca) and Atlético de Madrids Argentinean striker Sergio Agüero.
Bojan is best debutant
Barças young talent is one of the best debutant strikers in the League. Aged just 17, Bojan has played 31 games in his first season, 14 in the starting line-up, and found the net 10 times, which is a better record than Raúl Gonzálezs in his first season with Real Madrid.
UEFAs best debutants XI features Diego López (Vila-reals keeper), Pepe (Madrid), Martín Cáceres (Recreativo), Bruno Saltor (Almeria) and Filipe Luis from Deportivo as defenders; Getafe players De la Red and Granero in midfield; Sevilles Diego Capel and Valladolids Sisi playing wide; and Bojan paired upfront with Almeria striker Álvaro Negredo.
