Entertainer Andrew Martin otherwise called Lutan Fyah will return to the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate's Court on April 29 to answer to arson charges.
The entertainer appeared in the Spanish Town RM. Court yesterday when the matter was mentioned.
Attorney-at-law Lancelot Clarke Jr. who was standing in for attorney Peter Champagnie told the court that a warrant was issued for the entertainer's arrest after he had failed to appear in court. Clarke told the court he was away and was just honouring the court date.
After vacating the warrant, the entertainer's bail was extended. However, the fire victims were concerned about the length of time they were waiting for the matter to end. RM. Lorna Errar then said however that the case is still before the court and the accused is owed due process. She added that the matter was only being mentioned so they would have to wait until the next court date .
