Dear Pastor,

I am in a three-year relationship with a man I love dearly. But he doesn't please me in bed because of his small sexual organ, which forces me to get sexual gratification elsewhere. I have read and researched about pills that can increase his size, but I'm scared to mention the topic because I don't want to embarra** or offend him. I love him and he has asked me to be his wife, but I need to be sexually satisfied so I won't commit adultery. Please, pastor, help me. S.W., New York, USA Dear S.W., People have questions about whether these so-called pills really work. What I do know is that in the United States of America men do surgery to enlarge their penises. I understand that such surgery is very costly, but those who could afford them are satisfied with the results. You did not mention what is this man's penis size. Perhaps he needs to be taught how to use what God has given him. Perhaps a sex therapist can help both of you. Why not consider going to see one? Pastor
