Police: Would-Be Burglar Passes Out In Victim's Home

CINCINNATI -- If there's a list of rules for committing burglary, the first one might be, "Don't pass out in the home you're burglarizing."Police said Joseph Williams Jr. didn't heed that rule early Sunday morning.Officers said Williams, 45, was found unconscious inside an Erie Avenue home just after 2 a.m. Police said Williams apparently overdosed on an unknown drug. He was transported to University Hospital for treatment.Charges against Williams are pending, police said.
