Canada-based artiste Steele is now in high spirits after being honoured as the Top Male Reggae Vocalist at the Uprising Talent Awards over the weekend.

Honestly, its a really great feeling to be acknowledged this way. My music means the world to me as I try to get the message out there. Music is indeed a mission, Steele told Loop News from his home in Canada.

The artiste, who originally hails from Lucea, Hanover has been flying the reggae flag high in his adopted country, Canada.
