The Brazilian striker Neymar said he would be joining Barcelona after the Confederations Cup. The decision came a day after his Brazilian club, Santos, said it had accepted offers from Barcelona and Real Madrid, and that it was up to Neymar, 21, to pick where he wanted to play.
