Since the release of her single African song for Ghana based record label S-Dee Music, Karamantis brand has climbed significantly in the West African nation. In addition to getting steady radio rotation for not just African song but other Karamanti tracks as well, she is also being approached by several artists and producers from the region desiring to work with her.

Based on the rapid growth of brand Karamanti, the producer, Strike Dee, who is also a media personality and disc jockey, has designed a series of T-shirts which are being called Karamanti African song t-shirt. They are being sold to the public and the general consensus is that since the launch they have been getting good support.

When asked about the purpose of the collaboration, both Taylor Bwoys agree that it was within the fulfilment of their divine purpose. Give thanks to Jah for these moments that I will cherish for eternity. Those were the words of Khali Taylor when asked how he felt about the project, whilst his Jamaican counterpart, Mikey, can be quoted as saying, I am very pleased with the quality of work, and Give thanks to Jah for sending the brother my way.

So it seems that similarly to the smash hit original version which was released in 1997, the remake promises to follow the same path, the path of success. Already a hit within the Rastafarian Nation on the island, it seems only a matter of time till the song spreads to the streets, the dancehalls and the rest of the Caribbean on a massive scale. The Taylors are hoping that the project will serve as an example of the Love of Rastafari and the Strength of Unity. An example that they hope their respective nations will take heed of and observe, but just as it is in every other story, we will have to wait for time to tell it.

In August 2011 business men Carl Cameron and Fulton Gunning got together and created Tube Jamaica.

Tube Jamaica is a website which operates very similar to you tube with a specific uniqueness to Jamaican content. For the past 10 months the men and their team have been busy testing the site to ensure that it works effectively. Now confident in the site's operation, they would like to introduce it to the public and encourage Jamaicans at home and abroad to register and express themselves.

The address is www.tubejamaica.com. It allows members to maintain a profile which includes their picture, listing some of their favorite things and of course uploading and watching their favorite Jamaican videos. The site also has a section which highlights feature videos; this will especially be beneficial for Jamaican artists, producers and record labels seeking maximum exposure.
