I am a male and in my 20s. I cannot maintain an erection that last for more than five minutes. I want to know if circumcision will help to solve the problem.

Dear A.,
I would suggest you see a physician for professional help. He/she will be able to assess your problem and advice you accordingly. He/she may suggest that you attend the office of a clinical psychologist for further help if he/she is satisfied that the causes may also be psychological.
What I am trying to say to you is that there are various causes why a man might not be able to have or maintain an erection. These causes are both physical and psychological. Below I have listed some of them:
Diabetes.
Alcohol and drug abuse
Obesity
Reduced *la*hd flow to the penis.
Side-effect of certain medicines.
Diseases which affect the nervous system such as strokes and Parkinson's disease
Circumcision will not help you to maintain an erection. So, if you are not circumcised, don't have it done now, believing you will suddenly be able to maintain an erection.
