HOMICIDE detectives in St Thomas yesterday identified two women as 'persons of interest' in the murder of 93-year-old Albert Milner.
The women were identified only by the aliases - 'Herfa' and 'Crystal'.
Milner, who is blind, was found dead at his home by a friend who went to visit him at the district of Willow Field in Golden Grove on Wednesday morning. He had a chop wound to his forehead.
Crystal, said to be about 16 years old, had allegedly befriended the old man and was a frequent visitor to his home.
"Our information is that he would often share the little he had with her," a source told the Observer. No additional information was provided about Herfa. The police, in the meantime, have asked that Herfa and Crystal and anyone who knows them or their whereabouts to contact the St Thomas Criminal Investigation Bureau at 982-1027, Operation Kingfish at 811, Crime Stop 311, or Police Control at 119.
