ME, I WOULD FINISH EXTENDING MA HOUSE N PUT A HOME STUDIO ON IT, THEN BUY A CAR AND THE REST PUT IT IN BANK AND YEA BUY UP SOME ACCESSORIES LIKE CLOTHES, JEWELRY ETC

2 Units for a sum of 14 million leaving 6

spend from that six to extend the two with a few added comforts..

then Advertise them for RENT..
