open with note pad

u will see something like this

rite under 127.0.0.1   localhost type the site u want to block for example

127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.2 www.mediazoneja.com

now mediazone wouldnt be accesible

rember for every site the number at the end should increase for example
12.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.2 www.google.com
127.0.0.3 www.hi5.com
127.0.0.4 WWW.ALLIANCE4LIFE.COM      (a gaza we say)
