Rick Ross recently spoke on the main inspiration for filming his upcoming music video "All I Really Want" in Col****ia, citing both Snoop Dogg and Pharrell Williams as strong influences. While giving them credit for the motivation, the Miami rapper also discussed other reasons why he chose the scenic country.

"When I saw ["Beautiful,"] I sat back like, 'Wow, this is art!' " Rick explained. "We finnin' to do that times five. Shout-out to Snoop Dogg and Pharrell for the inspiration...I feel like me doing my island hopping, all the other little islands, to Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, they beautiful spots. The Col****ian women are beautiful women, that most definitely is what I wanted to capture. I wanted to capture a foreign setting, beautiful women, just really break down some of the more simple things...It's not about malls and the cars." (MTV)

Aside from his video, footage of Ross visisting the location where Col****ian drug kingpin Pablo Escobar was slain hit the Internet earlier this week.

"This is the exact spot where they shot Pablo Escobar in the head," Ross said in a video clip. "This is where it went down at...When they found his body, all the officers took a picture around his body...They tapped his phone too." (Rap Radar)

Details on the production of Ross' upcoming music video leaked online earlier this month.

Rick Ross in Colobmia sounds like trouble. Confirmed April 7 and featuring The-Dream and directed by Gil Green, Def Jam/IDJMG will be behind the video. The single, "All I Want," comes from the rapper's upcoming album Deeper Than Rap and the video's production company falls under 305 Films. (Video Static)

Col****ia is known for its sensationalized drug trafficking of cocaine, which inspired the cult blockbuster Scarface.

Since the 1970's, Col****ia has been home to some of the most violent and sophisticated drug trafficking organizations in the world. What started as a small cocaine smuggling business has, in the last thirty years, blossomed into an enormous multi-national cocaine empire. Traffickers today have enough capital under their control to build sophisticated smuggling equipment, such as a high tech submarine that was recently discovered by the Col****ian National Police.
