Brazilian starlet Dentinho remains a target for Italian giants Juventus after continuing his positive performances for club side Corinthians. If Juve are to sign the 20-year-old, they have been told that they will have to find 8.5 million in order to complete the transaction
The Bianconeri continue to look for an heir to Pavel Nedved, who will likely be retiring at the end of the current season. Werder Bremen's Diego and Valencia's David Silva are two players who have constantly been linked with a move to Turin.
However, Bianconeri scouts have been impressed with Dentinho's feats for Corinthians and the Brazilian Under-20 side, leading to serious interest in the player, who would represent a cheaper option than either of his European counterparts.
In addition, Juventus now know the youngster's price tag. "If I could get 8.5m for Dentinho, then I would sell our jewel," revealed Corinthians president Andres Sanchez, according to Tuttosport.
One of Dentinho's representatives is Vittorio Grimaldi, who is also the agent of the Bianconeri's Brazilian striker Amauri, and it is believed that this could help make any transaction run more smoothly.
