Hayden Panettiere's dad, Alan, has pled no contest to misdemeanor battery. Alan faced a judge in a Bev Hills courtroom on Tuesday, stemming from an altercation he had with his wife back in August. He received 24 months probation, $400 in fines and must attend 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling. A protective order against him remains in place. __________________
