A TROUBLED mother accused of stabbing her two young sons to death had TWICE attempted to abandon one of them, it was revealed yesterday.
Jael Mullings dumped two-year-old Romario at a hospitals A&E department with a note attached to him in June 2007.

Then a year ago, she tried the same thing at a doctors surgery near her home in Cheetham Hill, Manchester.

A major review of the way social workers dealt with the family is under way after it emerged they were NOT on the councils at-risk register.

Jaels family was seen by social workers for five months earlier this year.

But they withdrew involvement after deciding she could care for her children with the support of other agencies.

Jael, 21, allegedly killed Romario and three-month-old brother Delayno on Wednesday.

She has now been sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
