| Stevie Face's Tell It Like It is has a big buzz


When "Tell It Like Is" a song written by American musicians and songwriters George Davis & Lee Diamond, was recorded by R&B legend Aaron Neville in 1966 it became an instant hit. Since then "Tell It Like It Is" has been covered by artists all over the world in several genres and almost every time it has been a hit. This time around it has been covered by super talented "Lovers Rock" crooner Anwar Hanchard aka Stevie Face.

With his silky smooth vocals Stevie Face who is known for hits such as "I'm In Love", "Teach The Children", "Oh Happy Day" & "For Your Love", has stamped his class on "Tell Like It Is". Enjoying non stop rotation locally and abroad for the Computer Paul (Boot Camp Records) production,"Tell Like It Is" is destined to be Stevie's next big chart rider and has already started to make an impact on Reggae charts in Jamaica, America, Italy, Austria & Germany.

Although he has had a fairly successful career Stevie Face is aiming to become a household name in Jamaica. This has been his life long ambition. A few years ago he was well on his way to achieve his goal when he scored his big hit "I'm In Love" on the Arrows label. However as faith would have it, he suffered a terrible car accident while on tour in America with Sizzla in 2002. This resulted in a four year absence from the music scene.

Stevie stepped back on the scene in 2006 with the street anthem "Poor Feel It" on the Purple Skunk label, followed by "Reasons" on the Arrows label, proving that he still had the goods, both songs firmly placed Stevie in the hearts of music lovers worldwide again. However his career is about to explode with the release of "Tell It like It Is", which is the first single from his soon to be released second album simply titled "Tell it Like It Is"
