It's official. Pulse model Jeneil Williams has established herself as one of worlds modeling top rising black beauties.
The past Caribbean Model Search finalist has reason to celebrate, with her appearance in Vogue's special issue on black models.
"It was a dream job and an amazing honor to be selected for this. I feel proud to represent Jamaica among the best in the world," said Williams.
Inspired by the beauty and versatility of black models, Italian Vogue editor Franca Sozzani and ace photographer Steven Meisel captured some of the globe's biggest modeling superstars for the special issue.
Collector's item In a publication which has now become a collector's item, Jeneil holds her own among the great black fashion superstars, including Iman, Mounia, Veronica Webb, Alek Wek and Naomi Campbell.
For the shoot, the chocolate hued beauty dons an all black form fitting designer ensemble and oversized white Versace frames, showing readers as well as aspiring models how to look fashionable as they get set to go on casting calls.
In addition to celebrating her Italian Vogue debut, Jeneil was also featured in the September edition of the number one African American fashion magazine Essence, rocking fashions from key design houses including Roberto Cavalli, Dolce and Gabbana, Hugo Boss and Fossil.
Keep up the pace Not one to rest on her heels, Jeneil continued to keep up the pace, as she flew to Atlanta from her New York base to shoot a major campaign for US mega retailers Macy's.
