876radio.com has just received some breaking news that Portmore Empire's front man Vybz Kartel, his bodyguard and several other men were arrested minutes ago at a popular recording studio in upper St. Andrew.

It's alleged that they were picked up by the Police and taken to an undisclosed location after an illegal firearm was found on the premises.

Details surrounding the arrest are sketchy at this time and we're not sure if any formal charges have been laid against them.

However efforts by our team to contact sources close to the deejay proved futile but we will keep you posted as the story unveils.
