(BREAKING NEWS) Singer Barbee in critical condition after car crashes

breaking news from the 876 radio U.S. correspondence is that upcoming dancehall songstress Barbee was involved in a car accident and has been hospitalized.

According to the reports Barbee and a close friend of hers were on their way to the Jamrock Reggae Fest at Hammerstein Ballroom (311 West 34th Street New York) for her performance alongside the Doctor Beenie Man.

Traveling south bound on the Taconic State Parkway after completing some shopping in Upstate New York her Mercedes Benz CLK320 got into some difficulty and veered into a head on collison with a SUV before spinning out of control.

An eyewitness on the scene said the accident was due to the hazardous weather conditions now affecting the State. They said when the car finally stopped Barbee was heard screaming "my baby ..my baby". She was taken away to an undisclosed location where she is now in critical condition. It's still unconfirmed if she was carrying a children and if so who is the father.

Ironically just a few months ago the singer made a publication declaration to the media that she was not pregnant.
