yea 'dam is a beautiful city u will like it... also weed capital # 1... dem sell everyting... strawberry -, mango -, lemon haze etc. ... everyting u can imagine...
dunno about kartel haven't met him yet... but couple a weeks ago i met gyptian and nitty kutchie... dem were ina di crowd when HERB-A-LIZE IT SOUND played...

it's not really legal, it's been tolerated since the 70s i think... there are so-called coffeeshops whe sell weed & hash... alone in amsterdam there are around 300 of dem (or maybe even more)... and each shop have their own 'menu'... u can check di followin link 4 sum info:
