Andy Lees, the Senior Vice President of Mobile Communications Business at Microsoft [MSFT] did send an email to employees stating that they would be getting free Windows Phone 7 in order to show it to their friends, family and colleagues.
The email also mentions, asking the employees to download the developers kit as soon as it is ready to create apps for Windows Phone 7. Looks like Windows Phone 7 is going to come up with a whole package of features and specs.
