Check the appearance settings on the Display Poperties Dialog box (u know, Start button - Control panel - display properties - Appearance tab). Make sure to select 'Windows XP Style' from the 'Windows and Buttons' list or select 'Themes' tab and select 'Windows XP' from the list of 'Themes'...when ur finished, select OK.
