I took these yesterday after we received a massive storm. This highway was just opened within the past year or two & clearly the idiot engineers didn't take into consideration that a valley with a river & highway may cause problems! I had to drive through it to get home....water was to the top of my car's hood (honda civic) & I alsmost stalled...nuff others did stall!
