Supplements are nice still, they will never replace a solid diet so food/nutrition should always come before supplements. Basically here's a quick breakdown:
Creatine is found naturally in food. When you can supplement with creatine, you will be supplying ur muscles with this sh!t called ATP, which is the big source of energy ur muscles use while training. If you want to add lean mass, extra strength/energy/ recovery, this is something you want to use. Its cheap too. There are nuff types of creatine Monohydrate, Creatine Ethyl Ester, Kre-Alkalyn, Magnesium Creatine Chelate but Mono is the most studied and proven of them all.
MultiVitamin - are essential vitamins and minerals ur body needs
Protein - blackbeatz covered this lol
Fish Oil - This is more of a general health supplement, it benefits skin, brain, heart, it even has its place in fat loss. Its Omega 3, essential fatty acids - they are recommended. Fish OIl is very under-rated.
BCAA - the building blocks of protein. If you have a solid diet and are eating regularly, you dont need this. If you are trying to lose weight and dieting, or if you will be training for a really long period of time, this is perfect as it will help to preserve ur muscle.
Im sayin, u dont need any of this, but if you have been training for a while and are looking for something extra, you could look into any of these.

Yep, got a refrigerator full of them....
I suggest Udo's Oil though instead of Fish Oil (it's unrefined Flaxseed oil) see www.udoerasmus.com
I use Greens Plus in the shake with the protein mix etc. www.greensplus.com
Folic Acid (lol cause I'm pregnant)
Pre-natal Multi-Vitamin (cause I'm pregnant lol)
Calcium and Magnesium 1:1 (cause I'm pregnant and a woman)
gotta a bunch of other stuff as needed like Red Clover for allergies, B's for stress
Iron (anemia) and well alot of other good vitamins.
Congratuations on realizing that your body needs all of these essential minerals and vitamins that just can't be obtained thru today's diet alone.
