I believe Nikon is the Best for Professional photos... in terms of SLR..

I have a Kodak digital. Looking for new digital camera, and video camera. Any advice My old video camera is having issues with taping, and I am having troubles figuring out how to get the camera to see the memory stick I just purchased.

The Nikon and Canon SLR cameras are leading the pack right now. Even their budget cameras are fairly good (eg, the S7). Stay away from Sony: they often have problems with low light conditions and colour balance.
