BARCELONA have sacked boss Frank Rijkaard after disasterous season.
The Dutchman was on thin ice after Barca lost their Champions League semi-final to Manchester United and finished third in La Liga.
But a stunning 4-1 loss to bitter rivals Real Madrid last night was the final straw for the Catalan club.
Rijkaard won the Spanish league title twice and Champions League once during his four years in charge.
He will be replaced this summer by ex-Barca midfielder and current reserves coach Pep Guardiola.
